Issue with healing characters

With the introduction of the update 3.15, we received reports on issues with a few characters and their healing abilities and/or lifesteal: 

• Scrapper Ability
• Okay Ability
• Baron Voodoom lifesteal
• Vlad lifesteal

The dev team is already investigating that issue and planning on releasing a corrective patch as soon as possible.
