Unable to start missions to "try" characters

We recently have been informed about a bug regarding objectives expecting users to "try" champions. Users are receiving an error message as such: "Network connection is not good enough to play right now, please try again later!"


Should you be unable to start those missions, please consider following those steps: 

- Go to the Deck menu
- Go to the character and click on it
- Make sure that the 3D assets of said characters are downloaded and visible

Once the model is updated and visible, you should be able to start the mission without any issue. You can do the same for every character on which you are experiencing troubles with the mission.
