🎄Support during the Holidays: What to expect from our teams!

Attention FRAGers! 🎯

From December 23rd to January 3rd, our hardworking dev team will be taking a well-deserved holiday break to recharge their coding superpowers (Although, I think they will mostly be eating gingerbread cookies and sweets, hehe🤭). They’ll be back and ready for action on January 6th!

In the meantime, our awesome Customer Support team will be here to try their best to save the day until New Year’s Eve. 🐱‍👤
Please note that without the devs around, our response times might be a little slower than usual, and some trickier issues may have to wait until the team is back.

As for our Customer Support agents, they’ll be enjoying their holiday fun from January 1st until January 7th, returning sharp as ever on January 8th.
