Many of you have been affected by bans following the recent beta update, and we want to acknowledge the frustration this has caused. 

Please know that our entire team, devs, QA and CS, has been fully dedicated to investigating and resolving this issue as quickly as possible. 
During this time, we discovered that the situation is more complex than we expected. With thus being said, we will have to continue with the investigation process in the upcoming days as well. 👩‍💻
