We wanted to give you a quick heads-up that our Customer Support team might be a little slower than usual this week, as we're currently navigating the Easter holidays along with a couple of sick leaves within the team.
Rest assured that we’re still here, and we’ll do our absolute best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly and as much as possible! 👩💻
However, more complex requests or technical issues might require a bit more time and could be handled early next week once our full squad is back in action.
Also, please note that our Support team will not be working on the 18th and 21st of April due to the holiday break. 🐣✨ Any messages sent on those days will be picked up as soon as possible once we're back!
