I cannot restore my cloud save

On Frag, you have the possibility to save your progress by merging your save with the cloud save of your choice: 

If the emoji shows sunglasses, it means that your account is saved: you are now free to reinstall the game, as your save will be shown to you once you come back to the game. We recommend to always save your account to avoid losing all your progress.

It may happen that the saves are not suggested to you: in that case, contact the support team from your new account and we will make the necessary changes.
