My VIP subscription is not showing

You will notice sometimes that your VIP subscription doesn't show the green dot. It means that it was deactivated. 

This can happen for several reasons: 

- Your account activated the free trial: if not renewed, the offer will end after 3 or 7 days, depending of which offer you picked. 

- The payment was not renewed and you reached the end of the subcription you paid

- There is a malfunction with your subscription

If you are part of the last group, and can confirm that the payment was validated, please get in touch with our teams to have it restored. 

In order to speed up the process, we invite you to share with us a screenshot showing your last bill for the subcription by creating a ticket in Purchases > My VIP subscription is not working.
