We received reports confirming that some users are receiving notifications for their Google Play Games account not being configured properly.
This can come from a large variety of issues, but recently we noticed positive outcomes from users following those steps:
- Closing Play Games App
- Closing the frag game
- Deleting the datas from the Play Games app
- Relaunching Play games and making sure the account is connected
- Relaunching the game -> You are now reconnected
We also recommend to make sure to entirely update your OS on Android: check for the last updates and install them if you are missing some.
Please make sure to have the right account set as "default account" on Google Play Games as it could be the root cause of all this. In doubt, please consider contacting Google's support on this matter as they can assist you to configure that properly.
