The matchmaking is not properly balanced!

As in every PvP game, we are often contacted about the matchmaking.

This topic is and will always be under investigation as our team improves continuously the game parameters for a better experience on FRAG.

In the meantime, should you have trouble with our matchmaking system, or end up only playing against bots, we recommend that you play from a stable Wi-Fi connection if the issue continues to persist. 

If you do not notice any improvement, please follow those steps: 

1. Make sure to have a good ping (you can see ping in options -> advanced), if your ping is too high you might want to click "check server" for the game to find a better server with a better ping
2. Increase the "matchmaking time" value in options => set it to 45 seconds for example to increase the time the game will look for a human opponent
