I am missing my reward

Sometimes unpredictable things can happen, and your rewards might not arrive to
your account.


In this case, we recommend that you first check these parameters before contacting
our customer support:

- make sure that you are having a stable internet connection or a strong wifi
- check if your fanbase mail is full, if it is, delete the messages so that rewards can
arrive
- close the game, restart your device, re-open the game and then check again


If these instructions didn’t help, and you are still missing your reward, please
contact our customer support with additional info about your issue:
- What was exactly included in the reward
- For which event did you receive the reward and for which place on the leaderboard


Our customer support will then forward your issue to our developers, so that we can
resolve your issue as soon as possible
