It may happen that your game closes unexpectedly. First, we invite you to proceed to some basic troubleshooting:
- go in options -> cloud save make sure to see the emoji with sunglasses
- uninstall then reinstall the game
- restore your cloud save
- after restoring cloud save, exit & relaunch game one time
- then let the game run for 5 minutes in main menu, doing nothing, while connected to Internet in order to be sure the game downloads all the latest data for characters
