I am experiencing a bug

The Customer Support Team is ready to support you if you ever encounter bugs or unexpected chain of events when playing the game. 

First, we invite you to proceed to some basic troubleshooting:

  1. go in options -> cloud save make sure to see the emoji with sunglasses
  2. uninstall then reinstall the game
  3. restore your cloud save
  4. after restoring cloud save, exit & relaunch game one time
  5. then let the game run for 5 minutes in main menu, doing nothing, while connected to Internet in order to be sure the game downloads all the latest data for characters

If the issue keeps on happening, in order to resolve your issue as efficiently as possible, we invite you to provide: 

- What happened
- What was expected
- Screenshots, if it applies
- A short video, if it applies

Our agents will then forward your request to developers to get it investigated.
